Orange is a super food which tastes sour and sweet in taste. It looks very tasty to eat, its daily consumption increases the immunity power of the body. Which protects us from physical ailments. Orange is the most commonly eaten fruit in winter, many types of elements are found in it. Which keep our body healthy. Such as vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, fiber, calcium, iodine, amino acid, phosphorus, sodium, anti-oxidant, ascorbic acid, potassium, choline, magnesium, folate etc. Its use is also mentioned in Ayurveda. Doctors also recommend eating in winter. Due to which our immunity increases. Eating oranges has many benefits in our life. Which is the following –
(1) – Cholesterol is reduced by eating oranges daily because fiber is found in it.
(2) –Due to the formation of anti-oxidant elements in it, or keeps skin related diseases healthy, as well as cleans the wrinkles and freckles on the face.

(6) –Due to the vitamin C fiber in it, there is no hunger too quickly, due to which it is more useful in weight loss. For weight loss, consume two to three oranges daily on an empty stomach in the morning.
